Visitor Services Assistants (previously called “Welcomers”) represent the university and create a high-quality experience and welcoming environment for guests of the university. If you would like to help welcome thousands of prospective students, parents, VIPs, donors, alumni, and tourists to our campus, we look forward to meeting you.
Undergraduate students who have completed one semester at Maryland are welcome to apply. We value diversity and encourage people from all departments, majors, activities, interests and backgrounds to apply. Applicants who speak multiple languages are most welcome.
