Visitor parking is primarily available in one surface lot and four parking garages which have been equipped with pay by space digital pay stations. A limited number of other pay by space meters are located around campus. The campus map provides the location of these spaces. The hourly parking rate, hours of operation, and parking restrictions may vary by location. Please remember that listed rates and operating hours are subject to change. Visitor parking may not be available during special events. Read any posted signs before parking. Locations
Union Lane Garage
The Union Lane Parking Garage is located between the Adele H. Stamp Student Union Center for Campus Life and Cole Student Activity Building. The entrance for the Garage is at the bottom, accessible from Fieldhouse Drive. Hours of operation, as a pay station area, are 7:00a.m. to midnight daily. Current rates at this facility are $4.00 per hour.
Stadium Drive Garage
The Stadium Drive Garage is located adjacent to SECU Stadium, the Clarice Smith Performing Arts Center and the Riggs Alumni Center. The hours of operation, as a digital pay station facility, are 7:00a.m. to midnight daily. This location may also be used for pre-paid visitor parking on evenings and weekends, as necessary, for Clarice Smith Performing Arts Center events. Current rates at this facility are $4.00 per hour.
Mowatt Lane Garage
The Mowatt Lane Garage is located near Van Munching Hall, Robert H. Smith School of Business, and Prince Frederick Hall. The Pay Station Visitor Parking is on the first floor of the Garage, and they are numbered. The hours of operation, as a pay station area, are 7:00 a.m. to midnight daily. Parking rates for this facility are $4.00 per hour.
Regents Drive Garage
The Regents Drive Garage is located near Hornbake Library, the Plant Science, Physics and Chemistry buildings. The Pay Station Visitor Parking is on the top floor of the Garage, and they are numbered. Hours of operation are 7:00a.m. to midnight daily. Current rates at this facility are $4.00 per hour.
Xfinity Center Visitor Lot
The Xfinity Center Visitor Lot is located on Paint Branch Drive next to the Xfinity Center and across from the Field Hockey and Lacrosse Complex. This lot has a small amount of pay station visitor parking spaces. They are numbered. Hours of operation are 7:00a.m. to midnight daily. Current rates at this facility are $4.00 per hour.
