Summer Conferences Positions

Conferences & Visitor Services offers exciting employment opportunities where you can develop your leadership and communication skills. Our positions give you valuable hands on experience that will prepare you for a successful career upon graduation.

We are no longer accepting applications for our summer positions. Please check our website in November for next summer.

Supervisory Positions

Supervisors for the Summer Conferences program will work on professionally servicing the needs of over 120 conference groups and their participants. Supervisors will be involved in all phases of the conference program from logistical planning to its execution.
Most positions will supervise 1-6 employees.

Assistant Positions

Summer Conferences Assistant employees will work at the Summer Conference Hospitality Desks in the residence halls on campus. The desks operate 24 hours a day and the employee is responsible for all tasks associated with the desk such as check in/out of residents, key/package distribution, auditing supplies and providing excellent customer service to our guests.
